You will be staying in furnished apartments, aka “flats”, in Italy!

You will receive a weekly per diem that will fully cover all food and living costs. From the minute you set foot at the Briefing in Irving, Texas, until you arrive back at DFW after the mission trip , all meals are covered by the Summer Mission . We guarantee that you won’t have a bad meal in Italy! Get ready to indulge in the rich culinary history of Italy.

You will have access to email this summer through internet cafés in Bologna, but we ask that you leave your laptops at home. You will also be able to receive mail through the postal service, we don’t advise having anything sent to you.

Students on past summer missions to Italy have created blogs for their family, friends and supporters to remain updated throughout the summer. You might want to consider joining the blogosphere!
